Our jewellery is made up to order; please allow 7-10 days for fabrication before shipping. 
Domestic packages can be expected within 4-5 days of shipping.

Please contact us if you need your order to be sent out sooner.

International packages can be expected to arrive within 3-4 weeks of shipping.

Times stated above are given as an estimate. Any delay at the destination country is beyond our control.

Buyers are responsible for duties/customs charges incurred. 

Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Please ensure that all of your details are correct before submitting your order, we recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. 

Should you wish to make any changes after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Our jewellery is made to withstand general wear and tear, and is guaranteed for 12 months for any manufacturing defects (this excludes chains and stones, we can not take responsibility for cracked/broken stones or snagged chains). We recommend removing your delicate pieces when showering, working out, or engaging any activities which may damage your jewellery. Brass does tarnish so we ask that you embrace this, or make use of one of our no-fuss polishing suggestions.
